I grew up in El Paso, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service and business development grabbed the attention of founder BG Williams in 1992. He was looking for talent to help with the growth Advance’d Temporaries, Inc. was experiencing. It was not long before I worked my way up to branch manager and then to regional manager. In 2005 an opportunity arose to purchase the company from Mr. Williams. I jumped at the chance and have never looked back.
In twenty nine years of being a part of this industry, I have learned people are the greatest asset a company can have. Investing in training, retraining, opportunities for growth and a caring attitude has helped our company grow to current levels. The upward trend shows this growth will likely continue for the next few years.
Fortunately, my parents taught me many things and one of the most valued lessons I learned is a person without integrity is nothing. Honesty and integrity go hand in hand. I am committed to my family, employees and the employers which A.T. Staffing does business with to always do what we say to the best of our ability and to never cut corners.
