DIRECTOR OF NURSING	EL PASO, TEXAS	Duties of Position: Assists with the planning, coordination, leading, controlling and evaluation of home health services. Responsible for coordination and liasion with appropriate parent and affiliate Departments and committees, development of policies and guidelines for and obtaining input from service personnel and providing professional input to related administrative systems. Directs and supervises professional and auxiliary personnel rendering client care services, performs marketing duties and fosters public relations for the company, consults and plans with health care facilities regarding staffing needs, and communicates the concept of quality client care to the general community. Interprets service needs to the Administrator and acts as client services administrative liasion. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Registered Nurse A Bachelor's degree is preferred Must have at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs and one year of supervisory experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree - at least two years of home health experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
Director of Nursing / RN	DeSoto, Texas	Responsible for admissions, recertifications, discharges and overall quality control management of Patient Files. Must attend meetings with administrator and medical director quarterly throughout the year. Required to work 15 to 20 hours per week during the office hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. May be required to admit a patient on the weekends depending on the severity of patient needs.
